Discover the fascinating world of beer during this introduction to tasting. The aim of this workshop is to teach you more about the world of beer, its history, how it's made and the types of beer that exist.

Tasting schedule (2h) :

• The history of beer
• Key stages in beer production (malting, brewing, fermentation, etc.)
• Learn to recognize the different types of beer
• Master beer tasting through a selection of 6 beers
• Learn about classic and original beer and food pairings
• Tasting and analysis of 6 beers
• Each participant leaves with an instructional booklet to use as a support during the course.
