From Aime to Centron, you'll cross the splendid gorges de la Pucelle to get acquainted with the sport, finishing with the Centron rapids that will take you back to the base.
Your guide: you will be supervised by Jean-Marc or a member of his team. All our guides are state-qualified and guarantee maximum safety.
Once you arrive at the base, the instructors will help you get fitted with all the equipment provided by the center. You' ll then be taken by bus to the starting point of your descent, where you'll take to the water as the rapids flow and your flippers kick.
