Julien welcomes you just a stone's throw from Place de la Bastille, in one of the capital's oldest rades, converted into a production workshop. On the program: learn how to create your own Gin !

Course of the workshop (2h30):

• Create and distill your own Gin!
• The workshop will be punctuated by several cocktails and a guided tour.
• The team will invite you, glass in hand, to discover the history and manufacturing secrets of this spirit that has become the king of mixology.
• You'll then discover the different components and production techniques of Gin.
• More citrusy, spicy or herbaceous? Once you've set the direction, the team will guide you through the selection of some thirty herbs to create an original recipe.
• Then it's on to production, bottling and tasting your very own bespoke Gin.
• You'll leave with 200ml of your very own Gin!
