It was a gift I was given for my birthday, knowing that I liked gin. But I was slow to sign up, perhaps not sufficiently interested in the proposition. Seeing that the sell-by date was approaching, I went last night... and liked it a LOT. My congratulations go to Charlotte who led the workshop, a true professional, with a real talent for communicating and getting people interested. I learned a lot about how gin is made... and above all, I learned about all the nuances of taste it can have.
