This two-day/one-night, 22h total immersion survival course will teach you the essential safety rules you need to know in the forest, and the right reflexes to deal with the unexpected. Ready for the big adventure?

Your survival course in Ile-de-France

Duration: 2 days / 1 night - From age 16

Your survival course will take place in the forest of Yvelines or Val-de-Marne (location defined by the pro). This will be your opportunity to discover the diversity of the Ile-de-France region.

Your guide: you will be accompanied by Didier or a member of his team. All our guides are qualified professionals with a thorough knowledge of the region.

You will learn :

• Taking shelter: learning knots and setting up a makeshift shelter.
• Prepare a bivouac bag with essential equipment for a wilderness outing.
• Keep warm: make a fire using friction or a flint.
• Identify yourself: there are several ways of indicating your presence to the emergency services.
• Stay hydrated: find and purify water.
• Get your bearings: Didier and his team will explain how to get around, how to find your way, and how to calculate direction and distance.

You'll leave with a good dose of technical knowledge, and above all, you'll be more self-confident and independent thanks to the knowledge you've acquired. The challenge will be to be true to yourself, to be honest with yourself, and to face up to your fears, your questions, your shortcomings.
