Join a small group for a visit and tasting workshop at a family estate in the heart of the Champagne region. Join us at the Clos Corbier champagne house in Mareuil-sur-Ay, to discover the house's cellars and the Champagne-making process. The workshop will be followed by a tasting session.

Course of the activity (1h30) :

• Guided tour of the Clos Corbierestate and its 19th-century cellars to learn more about Champagne-making and the secrets of the Champagne method.
• Olfactory workshop and tasting of three Champagnes over a local aperitif to learn about their differences and detect their aromas and flavors.
