Activity description :

Learn to recognize organic and natural wine labels and issues in this 2-hour tasting workshop. You'll learn more about their production, preservation and tasting methods. An ideal workshop to shed light on these "modern" wines that are not always well understood.

Course outline (2h):

The wine tasting will begin with a theoretical part to familiarize you with oenology. Manufacturing processes, different types of wine and grape varieties will be explained.
Then we'll focus on the various organic and natural labels, their methods and challenges, to help you better understand the contours of this increasingly popular category of wine.
5 wines will be available for tasting.
An educational booklet and goodies are provided for each participant.
