Our menus

Food is prepared on board the restaurant boat using only the freshest ingredients. As a result, the menu for this dinner cruise evolves with the seasons. Starters, main courses and gourmet desserts are served table and plate (à la carte wines not included). Drinks brought by passengers cannot be carried on board.

Garonne formula :

• Starter: Crispy chicken and parmesan, asparagus tips, Caesar sauce.
• Main course: 12-hour lamb shoulder, reduced jus or hake fillet, fennel and grapefruit sauce - Seasonal accompaniments.
• Dessert: Strawberry tiramisu or Ardoise gourmande.

Vegetarian formula :

• Starter: Vegetable roll with Philadelphia cream.
• Main course: Stuffed Nice zucchini, olive polenta.
• Dessert: Strawberry Tiramisu or Ardoise gourmande .

Estuaire Menu :

• Starter: Aubergine Parmigiana, snacked red mullet fillet and foie gras.
• Main course: Walnut-crusted pigeon fillet with confit leg or Pollack steak with estuary emulsion - Seasonal accompaniments.
• Dessert: Earl Grey-infused chocolate tartlet with red berries or Strawberry tiramisu or Ardoise gourmande .

Children's menu :

• Starter: Savory tart.
• Main course: Breaded chicken and home fries.
• Iced dessert.
