Activity description :

During this roasting workshop, Fabien and his team will show you all the subtleties of coffee!

You'll be able to touch, taste and smell the delicate aromas that waft through the roasting process. You'll finish this multi-sensory experience with a real "Brazilian cupping", a fun way to check the quality of your coffee together.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

  • Introduction to the company and an in-depth look at the world of coffee.
  • You'll prepare a roasting spit (or two, depending on the size of the group), where everyone roasts their own coffee.
  • While the coffee is being roasted, a cupping workshop is organized, a sensory tasting essential for learning to identify coffee aromas.
  • At the end, each participant leaves with a 250g bag of their own roasted coffee.

This workshop is perfect if you're a coffee lover! You'll have the opportunity to learn more about the processes that transform these tiny beans into the beverage we love so much!

What a beautiful place! True enthusiasts who gladly pass on their value and their way of roasting coffee. From the selection of beans at the growers to the finished product, nothing is left to chance. And it shows in the coffees, which are simply fantastic! I recommend without hesitation!
