Course of the workshop (1h45) :

• Welcome, tour of the workshop, explanation of how the workshop works & briefing on equipment and glassware.
• Creation of two cocktails using 2 different methods: direct to glass, mixing glass and shaker. You'll be accompanied by a true spirits enthusiast who will guide you through every step of the cocktail-making process.
• Cocktail tasting and debriefing led by your guide.
• Each participant leaves with details and technical sheets of the recipes you've created.
