I was alone at this tasting, and that gave me the chance to have a good chat with the cheesemaker. He introduced me to the history of cheese (I learned things I didn't know). The tasting included 13 cheeses, varying in age but all very good (I prefer the ones with character). I ended up with the FONTAINEBLEAU, with its coulis. A real treat... It was a very good experience that I recommend to cheese lovers.
