Canyoning from La Rivière: Versoud or Furon canyons

Come and spend a thrilling half-day canyoning in Isère. You will have access to 2 canyons of identical levels; you will book the session without being able to choose the canyon, which will be indicated to you a few days before the activity.

Canyoning in the Versoud or Furon canyons

The Versoud canyon is one of the most famous canyons on the western barrier of the Vercors. It is appreciated for its accessibility. In short, it's the perfect canyon for beginners.

The Furon is the most popular canyon in the Grenoble region. Renowned for being complete and playful, every obstacle is fun.

Obstacles: jumps (not compulsory), slides and abseils.

Your guide: you'll be accompanied by a state-certified guide/instructor.

How does it work?

After a briefing session, you'll take a 10-minute approach walk. At the end of the activity, Versoud canyon packages will walk directly back to the parking lot, while Furon canyon packages will be shuttled back to the parking lot.

Both packages include a complimentary drink and free photos of their descents.

Several packages are available:

• Le canyon du Versoud 2h30 - from age 6: This is a complete and varied canyon, easy to get to because it's close to Valence and Grenoble, and above all affordable for everyone.
• Le canyon du Furon 3h or 6h - from 8 years: This is undoubtedly one of the best-known canyons in the Isère region, and is perfect for beginners. It includes all the main water obstacles found in canyoning. Its progressive nature makes it accessible to all, young and old alike! The canyon is made up of two sections, which can be completed separately for a half-day, or linked together for a full day. Note that the full-day option is more difficult than the half-day option.
