Do you like to cook or bake your own bread? Do you enjoy simple pleasures? Then this fun , gourmet workshop is for you!
During this day in the heart of Brittany, Mikaël will take you on a fun-filled tour of his food farm, where he naturally cultivates ancient varieties of wheat and transforms them into fresh flour.At the corner of his wood-fired oven, Mikaël will share with you his knowledge of how to make good bread and put the pizza oven to good use.
Course of the day:
- You'll be welcomed by Mikaël around 9am at the farm.
- You'll start kneading the dough right away.
- There's a snack break at 11am, with theoretical information on the wood-fired oven.
- The wood-fired oven is lit at around 12:30 p.m., and pizzas are prepared according to your tastes.
- Once ready, enjoy your pizzas with a drink.
- Bread preparation and baking. You can leave with warm rolls.
