In a friendly atmosphere, you'll discover the world of beer, the basics of tasting, discuss your sensations and feelings, and learn to put flavors and aromas into words. Tasting takes place blind, to ensure optimal sensory analysis.The workshop is led by a state-qualified Zythologist who is committed to bringing the world of French brewing to life and highlighting the work of local craft breweries.

Course of the activity (1h30) :

• Welcome participants.
• Learn about brewing ingredients and the production process.
• You'll learn how to use an aroma wheel to describe the beer you're tasting. You'll be guided through your tasting and learn the best techniques for style recognition.
• Tasting of 4 or 5 beers chosen for the occasion (number of beers depending on workshop time).
• Marie will explain and guide you, show you visuals and answer all your questions.
