François, a passionate brewmaster, invites you to plunge into the enchanting world of beer brewing. As soon as you arrive, share a convivial moment over a cup of coffee or tea, then let yourself be guided through the secrets and steps of brewing to create your own brewing masterpiece!

Workshop schedule (8 hours) :

• Welcome by your brewmaster, who will tell you all about his or her experience.
• Introduction to the basics of brewing before starting the workshop
• Choice of lager or IPA for a personalized taste adventure
• Hands-on experience of every stage of the brewing process, from weighing to fermenting
• Introduction to the art of grinding, mashing, brewing, filtering, rinsing, boiling, cooling and sowing the seeds of fermentation
• Customize your beer to your taste
• Your beer bottles will be returned to you 2 to 3 weeks after the workshop .
• You'll leave with a detailed 72-page booklet, full of practical tips for creating your own beers
