We did a bao workshop with Ying on a Sunday lunchtime. It was a great time, very well organized, welcoming place. Ying is a very pedagogical and thoughtful person, she gives clear explanations and is available to help us if needed. We had a great time both making the baos and tasting them. The baos were delicious, and we'll be back very soon to taste the baos made by Ying's team. It opened up our taste buds, that's for sure! I'd like to add that Ying took the time to tell us about her career at the start of the workshop, and we particularly appreciated this moment of sharing. Ying is a fighter, she follows through on her projects, faces up to criticism and bounces back. She really deserves a stop at her restaurants to taste her delicious baos.
