Activity description :

Discover the secrets of rum, from its history to its production. Accompanied by a passionate artisan distiller, you'll take part in a tasting session and have the opportunity to blend your own rum.

Course of the activity (2h30) :

Guided tour of the distillery: discover every step in the rum-making process, from fermentation to distillation and aging.
You'll explore the main aromatic families of white and amber rum and the flavors to look for when tasting, and you'll be guided in creating your own tasting profile. Tasting of 12 exceptional vintages (agricultural, molasses, etc.).
Blend and create your own rum with expert advice from the distillers.

Leave with a 20cl bottle of your creation to share in good company.
