Activity description :

Alexandre warmly welcomes you to take part in a craft beer brewing course. You'll learn everything you need to know to make a good craft beer, from the choice of raw materials to the production stages.

Course of the workshop (4h):

  • Selection: with Alexandre, you'll select the raw materials (barley malt, hops, water, yeast).
  • Mashing: transformation of starch into sugar.
  • Sparging : washing the malt with water.
  • Boiling: addition of hops to give the beer its bitterness and aroma.
  • Cooling: cooling the wort as quickly as possible.
  • Fermentation: the beer is placed in a fermentation bucket and inoculated with yeast.

Alexandre's beer-brewing workshop is an immersive experience in the world of craft beer and microbreweries. Whether you're a passionate amateur or simply curious, this workshop will enable you to brew your own beer from A to Z. Open to residents of the Toulouse region, as well as those who can return two weeks later to collect their precious bottles of beer (15 liters, or 30 x 50 cl bottles). Don't wait any longer!
