Do you love coffee and want to learn the technical skills of a barista? Alice will introduce you to the preparation of an espresso or latte in a 4-hour workshop.

Course of the workshop (4h) :

• Introduction to coffee: what is the definition of a specialty coffee and what parameters need to be taken into account for a balanced extraction.
• Use of equipment
• Calibrating the grinder to obtain the right granulometry
• Adjusting the dosage (weight)
• The right tamping gesture
• Judging extraction quality: crema texture, aroma balance
• Manage milk texture and temperature
• Manage gesture to make a simple drawing
• Clean and maintain machines
