Activity description :

Discover the benefits ofart therapy in the company of Marianne, painter and sculptor as well as artistic coach, who will guide you during this 2-hour workshop to help you express yourself through the creation of a creative notebook.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Goal: work on yourself (your fears, blocks, limiting beliefs, emotions, self-confidence) using creative tools such as writing, drawing, collage and painting.
• The creative workbook will bring you well-being through expression, observation and listening to your emotions. Give free rein to your imagination and regain your self-confidence.
• Each session is self-contained, allowing you to work on yourself in depth, yet gently. You'll learn techniques you can use on a daily basis at home.

This playful and original ritual will liberate you through writing, drawing, collage and color, like a diary.
