How the Apple Juice Workshop works: For 45 minutes, children will learn how to create their own homemade apple juice. They'll learn the secrets of the press and the grugette. An adult must be present for the farm visit. For children aged 5 to 12.
The Butter Workshop gives access to the entire Ferme de Gally in Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole, including a visit to the animals. Children can admire the goats, sheep, cows, pigs, hair, donkeys, pigs and chickens of the Ferme Ouverte. At least one accompanying adult must be present for the farm visit and activity.
