We were turned away for 3 unfortunate drops of rain, and when we asked for a refund, they told us to come back the next day even though we had a 1h20 drive. But above all, they told us not to come back at 4pm (the time of the reservation), because it wasn't convenient for them. Officially, it was the rain that prevented us from doing the activity, but I think the people on site wanted to leave earlier. For those tempted to go, there's also the acroland park in Montenois, which I'm sure will give us a much better welcome.
